Himeji Castle
Himeji Castle, known as “White Herron Castle” for its striking resemblance to a snowy egret taking fighrt, is an exquisite fortress complex which was registered as the first World Heritage site in Japan. This castle has 400 years of history. This castle is evaluated highly from the world as a castle that is still the original building among Japanese castles.
