Matabe Sakura

Matabe Sakura

Matabe Sakura is over 400 years old. Every spring, people flock to see this magnificent weeping cherry blossom tree. It is named after a local samurai “Matabe Goto”. Its blossoms are pale pink, in contrast with a row of hot pink peach blossoms behind it.
